In order to support you in your professional career and/or your international mobility, ANYWR Group, whose head office is located at 29 C Av. de la Marne, 59290 Wasquehal, collects some of your data. The legal basis for processing is consent, the legitimate interest of the company and the execution of a contract.

 

The ANYWR Group processes personal data in compliance with the laws and regulations in force, in particular the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the European Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016.

 

Your data is collected for a specific purpose and may not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

The purpose of the ANYWR Group is to present you with professional opportunities and to recruit you, either within the ANYWR Group or on behalf of our clients.

This data is processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner.

In the event that mobility is desired, the ANYWR Group may collect health data, biometric data, data of family members benefiting from mobility and racial data as part of the visa process of successful candidates.

The personal data collected is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The ANYWR Group strives to minimize the data collected, to keep it accurate and up to date, and to facilitate the rights of the persons concerned.

A data protection officer, dpo@anywr-group.com, is at your disposal for any questions relating to the protection of your personal data.

How long we keep your data

Your personal data will be kept for a limited period of time, not exceeding 2 years without your consent. In the event that ANYWR Group feels it needs to keep your data to support you in the future, you will be asked to do so and your consent will be required.

 

The recipients of your data

The data collected will be communicated to the following recipients only:

  • ANYWR Group internal recruiters.
  • Any ANYWR Group operational entity whose purpose is to meet the purpose of processing your personal data.
  • Our subcontractors and potential partners.  
  • Clients to whom we offer your profile, if you agree.

 

Your rights

In accordance with the regulations applicable to personal data, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You may exercise your right of access to your personal data by writing to the e-mail address dpo@anywr-group.com. In this case, before implementing this right, the ANYWR Group may request proof of the user's identity in order to verify its accuracy.
  • The right of rectification: If the personal data held by ANYWR Group is inaccurate, you may request that the information be updated.
  • The right to delete data: You may request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • The right to limit processing: You may request ANYWR Group to limit the processing of personal data in accordance with the assumptions set out in the GDPR.
  • The right to object to the processing of data: You may object to your data being processed in accordance with the assumptions set out in the GDPR.
  • The right to portability: You may request that ANYWR Group return the personal data you have provided to it to a new company, under certain conditions.

If, after having contacted us, you believe that your "Data Protection" rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL.

All requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document signed by the applicant and must indicate the address at which the ANYWR Group may contact the applicant. A reply will be sent within one month of receipt of the request. This one month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests require it.

Security of your data

Information system protection measures are implemented, adapted to the nature of the data processed and the company's activities.

Appropriate physical, logical and organisational security measures are in place to ensure the confidentiality of your data, including preventing unauthorised access.

ANYWR Group has developed a procedure for notifying the CNIL and/or the persons concerned of a personal data breach.

ANYWR Group also requires any subcontractor to provide appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, protection and confidentiality of personal data.

This requirement is achieved through the establishment of contracts, which include the obligation for the subcontractor to respect the content of the European Regulation. These contracts provide for controls and audits, if necessary.

By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to countries within or outside the European Union to our subsidiaries in Canada, Switzerland, Morocco, Vietnam, India, Ivory Coast and Tunisia. Specific measures, such as European contractual clauses, are taken to control these transfers.
